Southampton Town, East Hampton Town, and the Village of Sag Harbor each maintain their own building departments and zoning regulations. Our in-house expeditors have established relationships with each jurisdiction and manage the full permitting process.
Coastal Plant Palettes
The East End's salt air, sandy soils, and intense summer sun demand a different approach to planting design. We specify native and adapted species — bayberry, switchgrass, rugosa rose, sea lavender — that thrive in coastal conditions and require minimal irrigation.
