New York Roofscapes designed and installed a full ipe hardwood deck with custom steel pergola, integrated outdoor kitchen, and perimeter planting beds with ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs. The project required full NYC DOB Alt-1 filing, wind-uplift engineering, and co-op board approval. The completed terrace commands panoramic views of Central Park, the Reservoir, and the Midtown skyline.
